2021 Holiday gift guide for dog lovers - Local Edition

My favorite part of gift-giving is finding that perfect gift for each person on my list knowing the person will love it.  My least favorite part is the stress of trying to figure out what will be the perfect gift for each person.  My second favorite part is buying myself one of everything, quality control and testing of course. I mean, I do need to make sure it really is a great gift.  Here's my shortlist of unique custom gifts for dogs (and their people).  

With supply chain issues there is no better time to support small businesses, especially local ones.  So let's start there.

• Mulisher Canine Racing Gear makes a variety of custom items for your dog, including collars, turtle neck PJs, turtle neck coats, tug toys, belly bands, and the most amazing cool coats I've used. With an endless variety of fabric choices, your dog can have new jammies every day of the year! Not only do you pick your fabric, colors, and have the items custom fit for the dog.

• OMG Beck Custom Creations is another amazing local custom creator of awesome dog (and people) gifts.  Becky paints custom dog bowls, dog crate tags, human water bottles, and pretty much anything else you can think of, including Christmas ornaments, making them look vibrant, glittery or whatever awesomeness you would like.

• Paws off the Table is a local dog chef who bakes healthy gourmet dog treats and cakes.  She even has a little 'food truck' that she will bring to your doggy birthday party!

• Canine bodywork &  Aquatics offers swimming, floating, relaxation, and massage for that special dog.  Kathy will go in the pool with your dog to ensure their safety at all times. 

• Bark out Loud is now located in Utah, but I'm keeping it on the list.  Bark out loud offers custom T-shirts and dog decals.  You can even get your own dog outline on a sticker. 

• Cakelava - If you need a cake sculpted to look just like your dog, or anything else, Cakelava is your place.  Here are some images of cakes they have made.
