Everything you need to know about booking your dog's portrait session
This is a big deal! You adore your dog, you have tons of phone photos, but you've decided you want your dog's personality captured professionally. So what now?
I hope to eliminate any questions or overwhelm you might be feeling about booking your dog's portrait session, starting with your inquiry and the consultation.
Your inquiry and the consultation
Once you reach out to me, through my booking page, I'll respond via email and we'll schedule a time to chat on the phone. I know, I know - not everyone enjoys talking on the phone, but this short 15 to 20-minute phone call is the perfect time for you to tell me all about your dog and what you would like to achieve with your dog's portrait session, as well as ask me all your questions. I promise the phone call is worth it.
Learning all the little details about your dog, what makes your dog special to you, what you love to do together, etc. are the details that help me formulate a plan for your session. Sometimes, one specific detail in conversation will be the detail that helps determine the perfect location for your dog to have the most fun.
This call is also the perfect time for you to ask me all your questions to help you determine if I'm the right photographer for you and your dog, and if I am, ask any questions you may have about the process, what to expect, etc. I suggest making a list of your questions.
You might want to check out my FAQs page for answers to some frequently asked questions.
So what's next?
If you think I'm a good fit and you're ready to move forward with your session, you'll book your session through my online booking system, then we'll have your session (#yourdogsbestdayever), followed by your zoom ordering appointment, and then I'll deliver your artwork. #yourbestdayever.
