My new favorite photo session location
After last week's adventure trying to find a safe place to photograph my dogs while they enjoyed swimming, I changed directions a bit and found a new favorite session location. A location that is not muddy, is very predictable, is not crowded, and still involves your dog staying cool in the water. Where is this wonderful place? Your very own pool!
It's not uncommon to be asked about having a session in a backyard, and I'm usually against this because we're just not going to get the same images you see on my website. But, when it comes to a pool session, I've had a change of heart. Pool sessions in your own backyard are perfect. No need to drive anywhere and we'll get awesome images of your dog having a great day.
A pool photo session of your dog is the ultimate in fun for your dog and you'll end up with unique images of your dog enjoying life.
You don't have a pool? Not a problem, we have other pool options!
To see more amazing locations, continue through the blog circle, starting with Angela Schneider of Big White Dog Photography in Spokane, WA, who goes hiking on the Palouse for epic dog photos.

Nicole Hrustyk - Thank you Abby! I did a bit of research and decided on Aquatech Edge housing with the pistol grip (must have) and the pro backplate. The pro backplate is not really necessary and I would probably be fine without it. But I didn't really know, so just went with it.

Jessica - I wish my dog loved water, but he is afraid. If he did, I’d be all over these! They’re wild!
