‘Tis the season for warm, cozy dog movies! Throughout the year, I enjoy dramas, comedies, documentaries, true crime, and all things dark and moody. But, in December, I look forward to the cheesy holiday flicks. The cheesier the better.
How about you? Do you love the traditional dog heroes best, like Snoopy in “A Charlie Brown Christmas” Or is it the more current flurry of feel-good dog comedies that sweep you along?
I know I’ll be snuggling in with my dogs to enjoy the warmth of these feel-good dog movies and I hope you will, too.
Happy Howlidays!
- A Dog Named Christmas (2009) - this one just looks like a classic sweet story
- Christmas Tail (2014) - c'mon, a cheesy Christmas love story, can't pass that up.
- The Christmas Shepherd (2014) - There's a GSD in it, gotta watch.
- I Want a Dog for Christmas Charlie Brown (2003) - Charlie Brown! Need I say more?
- Lost Christmas (2011) - it looks a little dark and different, so I'm in.
